Make Payment / Schedule Install
We will provide you an invoice the 50% deposit, once received we give you a tentative scheduled date.

Send Plat of Survey for Village Permit Approval
Every village in Illinois requires a permit to put up a fence, costs vary from city to city. We take care of this entire process for you.

JULIE Gets Called
JULIE needs to be called to check for underground utilities. Read below to learn more about JULIE. We take care of all that for you.

Install Scheduled/Confirmed
Once approval from the village is in hand and JULIE has marked the property, we are ready to start!

JULIE Markings
Before a fence is installed, we call JULIE. It's important (and the law) to call before any digging commences. Typically this takes place about a week prior to your install. We need to ensure all the markings are there prior to us arriving on site.
If you have your own underground lines such as sprinklers or power going to an exterior structure, please flag those lines yourself as JULIE does not do that. If you are unable to, please let us know in advance so we can be prepared.
